All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Currently we make deliveries to addresses in the Ireland, UK, EU, USA, Canada and NZ/Australia. Please contact us for orders to addresses outside of these areas.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using standard International Business Mail mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and/ or value of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to choose the appropriate option for you. Mulitple product purchases are included at a single shipping rate if included in the one order.
Our standard shipping charge is €1.95 for and €5.95 for express delivery services. However, we are currently running a FREE DELIVERY promotion (to all countries we ship to) on all orders over €20.
Items of significant value are shipped with a courier service. We currently use GLS, DHL and An Post/ EMS. Deliveries must be signed for with this method. Contact us for large quantity or special requirement orders - email@example.com.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy
How To Return An Item
You must contact us within 14 days to inform us of any returns issues - from date you receive your goods. Your returned item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Please provide the order number (available on the packing slip) when returning the item.
All refunds will match the original payment method used.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
We do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, e.g perfume, razor blades and OTC Supplements.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How To Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase in order to avail of the exchange policy.
A shipping label to exchange your merchandise will be provided with the delivered goods (excludes refund exchange shipping cost).
Please provide your order number (available on the packing slip) when exchanging the item.
